Kai Hatchman is a founder based in London and New York. He runs Hire A Cold Caller, which helps businesses recruit, build and manage cold calling teams, and Will This Person Answer, which helps sales teams know who’ll answer before they call.
Long bio
Kai Hatchman is a founder based in London and New York who builds businesses around cold calling. His background is lead generation, which led to testing cold calling, training cold callers and placing them with companies. Along the way he ran 1 Hour Recruitment, which booked candidate meetings for executive search and legal recruiting firms entirely by cold calling. A self-confessed AI nerd, he started building his own internal tools when vibe coding arrived, and some of them became products.
He founded Hire A Cold Caller in March 2025 to help businesses recruit, build and manage cold calling teams, and launched Will This Person Answer in August 2026 to help sales teams know who’ll answer before they call. Both sit under The Cold Calling Group. Kai doesn’t make the calls himself. He builds and runs the teams and the tools that do, mostly on his own, using automation and AI.
