How I run it all,
mostly on my own.

I run my businesses mostly on my own. There's no big team behind the curtain, just this lot. Here's what each tool actually does for me.

How it fits together.

  1. Build a list of the right people.
  2. Enrich it in Airscale.
  3. Put it through Will This Person Answer to see who's likely to pick up.
  4. Add it to Close and start calling. Every outcome is logged there.
  5. When someone books a call in Calendly, n8n puts it straight into Close, so nothing gets missed.
  6. Behind it all, the software is built with Claude, runs on Supabase and is hosted on Vercel.
